1. Warranty Period

Wekome Global provides a 12-month limited warranty on all electronic products, including:

  • Power banks and charging stations.
  • Bluetooth speakers and headphones.
  • Cables and chargers.
  • Smart lifestyle gadgets.

Note: Non-electronic accessories, such as phone cases and screen protectors, are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical failures that occur during normal use. This includes:

  • Battery failure or inability to hold a charge.
  • Internal circuit malfunctions.
  • Audio imbalances or speaker driver failures.
  • Defective ports or connectors.

3. What is NOT Covered?

To maintain our high standards of service, please note that the warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental Damage: Products that have been dropped, crushed, or physically broken.
  • Liquid Damage: Any damage caused by immersion in water or exposure to moisture (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof and the failure occurred under rated conditions).
  • Unauthorized Modification: Damage resulting from attempted repairs or modifications by any third party.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Fading of colors, scratches, or minor cosmetic degradation over time.
  • Misuse: Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose or with incompatible devices.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your Wekome product develops a fault within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Visit our Contact Page and provide your order number.
  2. Describe the Issue: Briefly explain the problem you are experiencing.
  3. Provide Proof: To expedite the process, we require a clear photo or a short video (under 20MB) demonstrating the technical fault. This is essential for our R&D team to analyze the issue and for us to process your claim.
  4. Evaluation: Our technical support team will review your submission within 48 hours.

5. Resolutions

If the defect is verified as a manufacturing fault, Wekome Global will provide one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We will ship a brand-new replacement unit to you at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refund: If the item is still functional but has a minor defect, we may offer a partial refund.
  • Full Refund: If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wekome Global is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above.
