Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days.

International Shipping & Customs
Wekome Global ships worldwide from our distribution centers. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wekome Global is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
