Where is my package?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Track your order: Use our Tracking Page or visit 17track.net and enter your tracking number.
- Multiple Shipments: To get your products to you faster, items in the same order may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Global Fulfillment
Wekome Global ships to over 120 countries. To maintain our “Aesthetic Economy” and competitive pricing, we ship directly from our specialized warehouses in Shenzhen and other global logistics hubs.
- Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Express Delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Customs: International shipments may be subject to local import duties. Please check our Full Shipping Policy for details.
